She was predeceased by: her parent Delaina Lee Gaines; her husband James Hale; and her siblings, W. G. Gaines (Nadine), Justine Alexander (Robert) and Donal Gaines.
She is survived by: her children, James Michael Hale (Kathy) and Judy Lynn Fine; her grandchildren, Andrea Spears (Steve), Delaina Goodwin, Kelly Walker (Robby), Michael J Hale (Michelle) and Karen Hale; and her sister-in-law Margaret Gaines. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and five great great-grandchildren.
