He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Crisler Muirhead, Sr. and Lillian Davis Muirhead; his wife Alice Cothran Muirhead; his son William Michael Muirhead; his grandson Wesley Craig Jackson; and his siblings, Gerald Muiorhead and Rose Muirhead Evans.
He is survived by: his children, Denise Muirhead Jackson (Craig) of Wesson, MS, Lisa Muirhead Valentine (Stan) of Searcy, AR and Henry Crisler Muirhead (Cris); and his grandchildren, Clayton Jackson, Nathan Jackson, Brady Jackson of Wesson, MS, Megan Valentine of Rogers, AR and Mandy Valentine of Nashville, TN..
