He was predeceased by: his sister Lavanya Sue Stipes. He is survived by: his parents, Ruby Piker of Searcy and Lavon Stipes of Bald Knob; his siblings, Ruby Jean Crum, Norma Stipes, Elizabeth Lawrence, Delilah Barnett, Loretta Lunestad, Francis Stipes, Amanda Burleson, Danney Stipes, Andrew Stipes, Jason Stipes, Daniel Stipes, Anthony Jones and Terry Piker; his children, Harold Stipes, Jr. and Jessica Stipes; his close friend Donna Ray; and his uncle Franklin Bray (Jean). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and countless family and friends.
