She was predeceased by: her father Roger Ballard. She is survived by: her mother Mary Froud (Ballard) of Searcy; her daughter Mary Grimes (Jason) of Searcy; her grandchildren, Alexis Woody (Jackson) of Searcy and Devan Grimes of Searcy; her great grandchild Bennett Woody; her daughter Connie Urbanek (Randy); her grandchildren, Dennis Keith, Chaz Myshock, Setphen Williams, Cameron Urbanek and Kailey Urbanek; her great grandchildren, Isabelle of Laila, C. J., Jaxon, Rylee and Marley; and her siblings, Gina Knight (Greg) of Searcy, Roger Ballard (Sabrina) of Union, Missouri, Shela Morton (Mike) of Little Rock and Tammy Vanwinkle. She is also survived by five nieces, seven nephews, and three great nephews.
