She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnie Tettleton and Fern Tettleton; her siblings, Henry Tettleton, Betty Davis, Gene Tettleton and Dwight Tettleton; her son James Roy Ballard; and her granddaughter Mackinzie Vermillion.
She is survived by: her husband James Ballard of Searcy Arkansas; her children, Jammie Clemons (John) of Searcy, Paul Ballard (Kandace) and Sara Kay Hoeg (Todd) of Eureka Springs; her daughter-in-law Kayla Ballard of Judsonia; her grandchildren, Nathan Jordan Springfield (Jessica) of Missouri, Emily Stiles Springfield (Austin) of Missouri, Matilda Hoeg, Ian, Christine Clemons, James Hamilton, Parker Ballard and Brittany Hale; and her siblings, Glenda Joplin of Naylor and Kaye Hudson (Leon) of Hillsboro. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and many more nieces, nephews.
She departed this life Sunday, February 20, 2022 at the age of 67 following a battle with cancer and covid.
In lieu of flowers the family requests a donation is made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in her name.
