He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Arson and Reba Qualls Taylor; and his siblings, Arson Taylor, Clifton Taylor and Patsy Taylor Bettis.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Taylor; and his son Joseph Wayne Taylor (Candace) of Clarksville, Tennessee. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
