He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Mils O'Reagan and Leah VanDuinen O'Reagan. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis O'Reagan; his children, Trenton, Brandii, Sammie, Jimmy D., Lewis and Taddie; and his brother Jack. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
