He is survived by: his wife Mary Evelyn Hayes Curtis; and his children, Larry W. Curtis, Rebecca Ann McLain, Mary Beth Hoofman and Keven Scott Curtis. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and seven greatgrandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in his honor may be sent to Truth for Today, 2209 Benton Road, Searcy, Arkansas 72143.
