She is survived by: her husband Steve Lively; her children, Steven Lively and Stephanie Sellers (Shane); her stepdaughter Misty Been; her siblings, Helen Freeman (Kenny), Bruce Boyce (Jacque), Teresa Craven (Jimmy), Dan Boyce (Regina), Priscilla Smith (Steven), Jeff Boyce, Melody Boyce, Freddie Sheets (Tammy) and William Sheets; her grandchildren, Jacob, Bayliee, Gunner Sellers, Dylan Franks Lively, Aaron Hendrix and Cody Ray; her stepmother Doris Blanton; and her uncle Ronnie Boyce. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
