He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Luzzi and Anna Luzzi; the mother of his children Eileen Harkenrider Luzzi; his siblings, Rosalie, Pete (Enid) and Sam Luzzi; and his siblings-in-law, Fred Walter and Gail Stone.
He is survived by: his children, Annie Lindsey (Russ), Tony Luzzi (Dawna), Tammy Hale (Kenneth) and Teresa Rhew (Justin); his grandchildren, Matthew Hale (Meagan), Allison Brewer, Emily and Ryan Ferricher; his great grandchildren, Addi, Hunter, Hadleigh, Gunner and Case; his siblings, Shirley Caley (Ralph), Cathy Fluehr (Larry), Anna Marie Dodson, Patty Kucik (Dave), Sandy Hamacher (Marcus), Joe Luzzi (Pat), Richard Luzzi (Cindy) and Johnny Luzzi (Evelyn); and his wife Lanell.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to The Cancer Center of excellence in Searcy or Paws Inn.
