With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Irvin Haney (Searcy, Arkansas), who passed away on September 22, 2018 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Umphrey and Arrah Elizabeth Price Haney; his wife Helen Inez Johnson Haney; and his siblings, Charles Haney, Toledo, Thomas Haney, Herman Wesley Haney, Juanita Baughn and Lola Jean Childers.
He is survived by: his children, James Wesley Haney (Patricia Ann), Patricia Ann Haney Sims (Tim) of Searcy and Mary Frances Haney Vess (Roger) of Searcy; his grandchildren, Marcus Vess (Timpy) of Edmond, Jamie Haney Marter (Wesley) of Searcy, Bubba Haney of Searcy, Shannon Vess Stewart of Searcy, Erin Sims Green (Josh) of Searcy and Rachael Sims Wolford (Marcus) of Higginson; his great grandchildren, Braxon Vess, Ella Marter, Kate Marter, Layni Stewart, Noah Stewart, Eli Green, Weston Green, Alyssa Wolford and Madison Wolford; and his brothers, Claude Junior Haney, Quitman and Kenneth Dale Haney.
