He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Fulmer and Ruby Fulmer; his son Jeremy Fulmer; and his siblings, Carthel Fulmer, Larry Fulmer and Oneda Turner.
He is survived by: his sister Diana Childers (Gary) of Texas; his sons, Lynn Fulmer and Mike Fulmer (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Amanda Fulmer, Lynsey Smith (Kevin), Jessica Fulmer, Jacob Fulmer (Madison) and Morgan Fulmer.
