She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Mobley and Myrtle Mobley; her brothers, Dale and Charles Mobley; her husband Jack Thurson; and her significant other John Kirkman.
She is survived by: her children, David Keilman (Karen) of Cedar Lake, IN, Daniel Keilman (Kelly) of St. John, IN, Cheryl Letcher (Gary) of Texarkana, TX, Damon Keilman (Dana) of Crown Point, IN and Lora Metheny (Darin) of Valparaiso, IN; and her siblings, Kay Winget (David) of Kensett, AR, Sherry Stiller (Clint) of Bradford, AR and Kelvin Mobley (Donna) of Dyer, IN.. She is also survived by several grandchildren and several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She regularly made donations to the VFW, Wounded Warriors, Holocaust Survivors, and the ASPCA.
