He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Quattlebaum and Nomia Quattlebaum; his wife Audrey Elaine Manor of Judsonia; his stepson David W. Quattlebaum of Searcy; and his second love Jean Muse of Heber Springs, AR.
He is survived by: his son Terry Quattlebaum (Sherry) of Searcy; his grandchildren, Aaron Quattlebaum (Kaitlin) of Nashville, TN, Alex Quattlebaum of Nashville, TN, Ashley Larque (Cody) of Griffithville, AR and Brittany Holt (Andrew) of McRae, AR; and his great grandchildren, Luke, Carter Larque, Marley Holt, Dally, Ada Holt and Rooster Holt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other extended family members and many friends.
