He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Johnson Crouch and Samuel Curtis Crouch; and his brother Richard Crouch. He is survived by: his wife Lola Ann Crouch (Murry); his children, Tracy Cunningham (Todd) of Smyrna, Tennessee, Eric Crouch (Beth) of Bluff City and Brandon Crouch of San Francisco, California; and his grandchildren, Jace, Jaden, Jencyn Cunningham, Hailey and Carson Crouch.
