She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Starling; and her son Donald Starling. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Starling (Donna) of Richmond, William Starling (Jeannie) of Chesapeake, Virginia and Patricia Wells of Searcy. She is also survived by six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two brothers and two sisters.
