She was predeceased by: her parents, Burt Haynes and Annita Haynes. She is survived by: her husband Nathan Hendrix; her daughters, McKenzie and Maddie Hendrix; and her siblings, Burt Prince, Christi Caskey, Lynn Farnsworth and Shane Haynes. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
