He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris Lee Beals and Annie Mae Beals (Webb); his sons, Steven Jerald Beals and Randy DeWight Beals Born; and his siblings, Olan Beals, Eugene Beals, Harold Beals, Katie Mae Webb and Jo Ann Green.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel Sallie Dennis; and his sisters, Wanda Cooper of Searcy and Evelyn Jones of Texas. He is also survived by relatives, his church family, and a host of friends.
