She was predeceased by: her parents, E. A. Kemp and Vernie Lee Kemp of Hot Springs, AR; and her siblings, David Butch Smith of Greenville, MS, Shirley Clark of Newport, AR and Patricia Ann Skaggs of Newport, AR.
She is survived by: her daughters, Edwina Newman of Searcy, AR and Pamela Capehart of Searcy, AR; and her grandchildren, Matthew Cagle of Kensett, AR, Sommer Kellum of Greenville, MS and Tara Ward of Cabot, AR. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
