We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2021, at the age of 79, Clarence Edwin Ransom D. Jr. (Searcy, Arkansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Melody; his sons, Randy, Greg, David, Chase and Seth; his grandchildren, Julia, Chris, Reece and Ryan; and his great grandchildren, Freya and Soren.

In lieu of flowers, the family has set up a scholarship fund in his honor to help support students from White County attending medical school at UAMS. Gifts may be made to the C.E. Ransom, Jr. Memorial Scholarship Fund, UAMS Foundation, UAMS Institutional Advancement, 4301 W. Markham St. #716, Little Rock, AR 72205-7199.
