He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles B. Westbrook II and Thelma Bradford Westbrook; and his brothers, Billy Ray, Harry and James Westbrook.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Strayhorn Westbrook; his daughters, Donna Bednar (Darren) of El Paso, Traci Spurlock of Rose Bud and Kelli Robertson (Kirk) of Rose Bud; his stepsons, Mike Strayhorn of West Memphis and Mickie Strayhorn (Holly) of Marion; his sisters, Martha Melkovitz of Keo and Nancy Hurst of St. Louis, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Michelle Moore, Jesse Moore (Kristin), Samantha Mercer (Tyler), Palmer Spurlock, Blake Robertson (Tara), Adam Robertson (Kassie), Cole Robertson, Shelby Gracey (Preston), Kelsey Strayhorn, Harley Katherine Strayhorn, Cole Strayhorn and Cooper Strayhorn. He is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren.
