She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Corbitt and Lucille Corbitt. She is survived by: her husband Edward Blakey; her sister Lynda Bailey; her daughters, Karen Hempstead of Jacksonville and Elwanda VanPelt (Gary) of Sherwood, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Jacob VanPelt (Cassie), Rebekah Meador (Daniel), Dustin Hempstead and Brittney Reynolds (Dillon); and her great grandchild Caleb VanPelt. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
