He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Blackman; his children, Rhonda Higgins, Debbie Conrad, Tammie Brown, Shellie Brown and Dana Benton; and his siblings, Sharon Sweetster, Anita Favre, Patsy Simmons, Diana Duell and Richard Blackman. He is also survived by his loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
