He is survived by: his parent Icy Lumpkin (Cantrell); his wife Tabitha Lumpkin (Deherrera); his daughters, Sophie Kate Ann and Kaysyn Blair Lumpkin of Kansas; his parent Donnie Paul Lumpkin; his grandparents, Judy and Dale Chism; and his siblings, Adam Holt (Taylor) of New Mexico, Bart Gales of Des Arc, Chasity Watkins (Michael) of Sherwood and Leah Raper (Gary) of Hazen.
