He is survived by: his spouse Miss Shirley Lee Hartsfield; his caregiver Shirley Lee Hartsfield Quattlebaum of Searcy; his children, Darrin Quattlebaum (Juanita) of Bald Knob and Lori Quattlebaum Dial (Bill) of Conway; his granddaughter Addison Dial of Conway; his stepgranddaughter Brittany Tucker of Sioux City; his siblings, Johnny Lee Quattlebum (Linda) of Searcy, Vita Havener of Joy and Veta Lewis (Redus) of Searcy; and his sisters-in-law, Lois Quattlebaum of Burleson and Wilma Hartsfield of Greers Ferry. He is also survived by 3 step-great grandchildren, numerous beloved nieces and nephews, and many, many friends.
