Augustine Huff Obituary
Augustine Andry Huff-- 'Granny' a native of Chastang, AL. and a resident of Mt. Vernon, AL., born July 17, 1939 departed this life, Monday, June 23, 2008 at a local hospital. She was employed at Mobile Community Action, Mt. Vernon, Headstart for many years, a former employee of Searcy Hospital, and a member of St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church. Her parents Randolph and Alice Andry preceded her in death. She leaves to cherishher memories a devoted daughter, Sheryl (Wayne) Chastang Sr., son, Bernard White Jr., Mobile, devoted companion, Bernard White Sr., three grands, Marleen (Jerrod) Pressley, Wayne'Stafford' Jr. and Sharnelle Chastang. great grands, Shaunterra Chastang, and Ryland Pressley, all of Mt. Vernon, sisters, Kathryn (Leo) Chastang, Inkster, MI., Evelyn Andry, Mt. Vernon, Carolyn Brownlee, Citronelle, Hope Andry, Mobile, brothers, Paul (Helen), Mobile, Anthony (Fannie), Detroit, MI., and Paul Greg (Kelly) Andry. Service will be held Saturday, June 28, 2008 at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, Hwy 40 after 9am until the 11am mass at Christian Burial. Rosary will be at 10am Interment Chastang Bluff Cemetery.
