He is survived by: his wife Melinda Lay (Willis); his children, Tim Lay (Denise) of Eugene, Trevor Lay (Tonya) of Sherwood and Stephanie Lisenby (Marie) of Searcy; his grandchildren, Joseph Ramsey of Searcy, Jacob Ramsey of Searcy, Hannah Ramsey of Searcy, Taven Lay of Sherwood and Tempy Lay of Sherwood; his sister Geralda Rackley of Beebe; and his pet Henry.
