He is survived by: his wife Sandy Cantrell; and his sons, Jayme Kirk (Tracy), Jonathan Cantrell (Joann) and Jeffery Cantrell. He is also survived by grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; two siblings and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
