She was predeceased by: her parents, William Curtis Mitchell and Mallie Catherine Reesor Mitchell; and her siblings, Reesor Mitchell, Mildred Mitchell Miller, William Bradley Mitchell, Howard Mitchell, Ezma Mitchell Stokes, Ava Mitchell, Josephine Mitchell, Stephen Mitchell and Martha Mitchell DeAngelo.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Ann Carter Hendon (Hermon) of Searcy and Joan Dee Carter Palmer (Edward) of Searcy, Arkansas.; her grandchildren, Laura Hendon Burks (Bryan) of Searcy, Debbie Hendon Shoemaker (Tommy) of Little Rock and Todd Carter Hendon of Searcy, Arkansas.; her great grandchildren, Emily Burks Meyer (Chris), Carter Burks (Kelsey), Weston Burks (Holly), Leigh Shoemaker Mohorn (Ian), Abby Shoemaker Sipe (Carter) and Cole Shoemaker; and her great great grandchildren, Lincoln Meyer and Mallie Ann Meyer.
