It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alvin Eugene Thomas of Searcy, Arkansas, who passed away on August 26, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, L. H. Harris and Emmagene Thomas; and his son Daryl Neal. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Thomas; his children, Anthony Quinn Neal of Searcy, Renea Williams (Melvin) of Searcy, Alisa White (Rufus) of Sherwood, Marissa Crite (Jabace) of Searcy and Simone Robinson of Searcy; and his siblings, Carl Dewayne Hardaway, Milford Hardaway, Leotis Hardaway, Sylvester Hardaway, Nathaniel Hardaway, Tyrone Hardaway, Wille Harris (Brandy), Jeff Harris, Jimmy Harris (Roxana), Roger Harris, Lewis Harris, Phillip Harris (Susan), Ira Foster, Linda Harris, Shirley Steward (Ricky), Barbara Hanson (Nate), Linda Ika (Mike) and Marjorie Harris. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and a lifetime of friends.
