He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Smith and Dora Smith (McGee); his wife Brenda June Smith (Kinder); his siblings, Ray of Johnny, E. J., Eunice and J. W.; and his granddaughter Cherlynn Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Janise Powell (Harry), Jimmy Smith (Tina), Timmy Smith, Patricia Tucker (Glenn) and Allen Smith (Aimee); his grandchildren, Steve Powell, Lindy Cullison, Autumn Davis, Alanna Jameson, Matthew Smith, Michael Smith, Ashley Smith, Iain Smith and Lachlan Smith; and his pet Jasper. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Powell Funeral Home & Cremation Services (2602 W Beebe Capps Expy, Searcy, AR 72143). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at the Providence Cemetery Providence Cemetery.
