He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Fulmer. He is survived by: his mother Nenah Jean Fulmer (Cravens) of Scranton, AR; his wife Anna Fulmer of Scranton; his children, JonMark Fulmer of Dover, AR and Marana Fulmer of Clarksville, AR; his niece Jessica Philmon of Chismville, AR; and his nephews, Brad Schluterman of Paris, AR and Jeff Schluterman of Ozark, AR. He is also survived by three great nieces and two great nephews.
We are complying with the Arkansas Department of Health guidelines; all attendees must provide and wear their own masks and practice social distancing during the service.
