He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred O. Williams and Verna Williams (Scott); his stepfather Hal Roberts; and his siblings, Jo Catherine and Charles Ray Roberts.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Wagner Williams; his children, Jeffrey (Jenny), Ross and Wendy Givens (Jason); his stepchildren, David Bennett [Jacqui], Kyle Wagner [Amy] and Kyndra McCrillis [Chris]; his sister-in-law Janet Roberts; his grandchildren, Jamie, Brennan, Aaron, Kyndsey, Carly, Reagen, Caleb, Robert, Brandon, Kathryn and Stephanie; his great grandchild Rosie; and his nephews, Scott, John, Chris Roberts and Cissell.
