He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred O. Williams and Verna Williams (Scott); his stepfather Hal Roberts; and his siblings, Jo Catherine and Charles Ray Roberts.

He is survived by : his wife Doris Wagner Williams; his children, Jeffrey (Jenny), Ross and Wendy Givens (Jason); his stepchildren, David Bennett [Jacqui], Kyle Wagner [Amy] and Kyndra McCrillis [Chris]; his sister-in-law Janet Roberts; his grandchildren, Jamie, Brennan, Aaron, Kyndsey, Carly, Reagen, Caleb, Robert, Brandon, Kathryn and Stephanie; his great grandchild Rosie; and his nephews, Scott, John, Chris Roberts and Cissell.

Pallbearers: David Bennett, Kyle Wagner, Christopher McCrillis, Jamie Williams, Brennan Williams, Aaron Williams, and Ryan Rogers, In lieu of flowers, consider memorial offering to local food bank, St Jude's Hospital, Memphis or Ronald McDonald House at AR Children's Hospital, Little Rock.
