He was predeceased by: his father William Joseph Rowland; and his great grandchild Killian. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Rowland (Weisenauer); his daughter Dawn Sims of Lamar; his sisters, Robin Nelson of Roseville, Melody Kirby of Paris, Norma Walker of Paris, Juanita Jackson of Tennessee and Billie Jo Shuster of Fort Smith; his grandchildren, Leslie Marie Stinnett and Kimberly Ann Elliott; his great grandchildren, Ronald Elliott, Peter Elliott, Hope Stinnett, Espin Gardner and Arkyn Gardner; and his stepgranddaughter Autumn Faith Conklin.
