He is survived by: his wife Delcia Roper (Dial) of Scranton; and his children, Delores Roper of Scranton, Beverly Nowotny (Gary) of Clarksville, Alton Roper (Margaret) of Scranton and Greg Roper (Jennifer) of Scranton. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
