Edward Ahne Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edward Ahne of Scranton, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 21, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Ahne and Margaret Ann Ahne (Smith); his wife Carol C. Ahne (Jones); his siblings, Mary Greismeier, Charlotte Waits, Vick Ahne, Eric Ahne and Frankie Ahne; and his grandson Kevin Ahne.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Redding (Jason) of Paris and Jesse Ahne of Wichita, Kansas; his siblings, Margie Spillers (Danny) of Prairie View, Rita Brown of Benton and David Ahne (Gail) of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and his grandchildren, Jonathon Starmer, Bryce Johnson, Carol Johnson and Steve Ahne. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Roller Funeral Home Chapel (1700 E Walnut St, Paris, AR 72855). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Ignatius Catholic Cemetery (8982 AR-197, Scranton, AR 72863).
