He was predeceased by: his parents, Eberhart J. Koch, Sr. and Gertrude Koch (Tencleve); his siblings, Bernard Koch, Bob Koch, Basil Koch, Tom Koch, Sylvan Koch, Geneva Willems (Koch) and Mary Jane Wewers (Koch); and his daughter-in-law Jayme Koch (late Darrel Koch).
He is survived by: his wife Aileen Koch (Stengel); his children, Janelle Stall (Ken) of Clarksville, Evelyn Huck (Alvin) of Tontitown, Kevin Koch (Shari) of Scranton, Laura Huck (Randy) of Tontitown, Darrel Koch of New Blaine and Diane Koch of Tontitown; his siblings, Loretta Koch of Fort Smith, Emily Ray (Koch) of Fort Smith and Gilbert Koch (Doris) of Fort Smith; and his grandchildren, Derek Koch, Alexandria Ross (Huck), Daniel Huck, Angela Jones (Stall), Lucas Koch, Mitchell Huck, Nicholas Huck, Lydia Huck, Bradley Stall, Catherine Anderson (Huck), Rachel Stall, Alanna Koch and Matthew Huck. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
