He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Alee and Lillie Mae Phillips (Rogers); and his siblings, Mark, Harvey, Arvin, Marvin, William, Lois, Alma, Wilma, Shirley, Martha and Alline.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Phillips (Snow) of Scranton; his sons, Donnie Phillips, Jr. (Bobbie) of Dunnellon, Kevin Phillips of Fayetteville, Jerel Phillips of Bella Vista and Brian Phillips (Lindsey) of Bentonville; his grandchildren, Ashley, Allen Ray, Madison, Ally and Ian; and his great grandchild Xzavier. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
