It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delcia Roper of Scranton, Arkansas, born in Paragould, Arkansas, who passed away on December 23, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilford Dial and Minnie Dial (Sturgeon); her husband Farris Roper; and her son Danny Roper. She is survived by: her children, Delores Roper of Scranton, Beverly Nowotny (Gary) of Clarksville, Alton Roper (Margaret) of Scranton and Greg Roper (Jennifer) of Scranton. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren; other family members and friends.
