He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia Smith. He is survived by: his father James Smith; his wife Dianna Smith; his children, Ryan Smith (Cherese), Nicholas Smith (Robin), Matthew Smith (Jennifer) and Michaela Vlcek (Edward); his grandchildren, Dakota, Dustin, Ashleigh, Morgan, Aubrey, Maddox, Adley, Ashlyn, Haylee, Eddie, Destiny and Ethan; his great grandchildren, Deagan and River; and his siblings, Dennis Smith and Linda Spears. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
