He was predeceased by: his wife Delila "Dee" Quillen; and his son Stevan Roy Quillen. He is survived by: his wife Lillian; his sons, Mark Quillen (Mary Ann) and Jeff Quillen; and his siblings, Don Quillen, Phyllis Parker and Sue Gilliam (Ron). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of special friends including his friends.
