He is survived by: his parents, George Cietek and Dalbina Cietek; his grandchildren, Anthony Cietek and Katie Cietek; and his siblings, Kathy Kalbus (Gil), Pat O'Leary (Kim) and Maureen Ingraham (Ed). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
