She was predeceased by: her parents, James Alvin Smith and Laura Zepha Smith (Southard); and her siblings, Clyde Smith, Louise Moss, Almeta Blue and Loreta Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Harris (Kim) of Greenbrier, Arkansas, Karen Coffman (James) of Salem and Gayla Iberg (Craig) of Greenbrier, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Mitch Harris, Jade Spotts (Justin), Sam Harris, Jace Owen (Jordan), Caden Owen (Kelsey), Autumn Coffman, Lakin Coffman, Misty Nelson (Bill), Stormy Iberg and Stoney Iberg (Katie); her great grandchildren, Pace Spotts, Conn Spotts, Rance Nelson, Tinsley Owen, Ryle Nelson, Hutch Spotts, Kash Owen and Ramsey Nelson; and her siblings, Calvin "Buster" Smith (Sue) of Salem, C. O. "Tuffy" Smith of Wheeling, Arkansas and Lee Stephens (Ken) of Owasso, Oklahoma.
