He is survived by: his fiancé Jean Ann Jackson of Salem, Arkansas; his children, Jasper Keith Smith (Savannah Folsom) of Williston and Baily Katherine Smith of Salem, Arkansas; his grandson Jaxon Keith Smith of Williston; his mother Teri Brooks of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas; and his siblings, Toby Smith (Christine Kodrich) of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, Hillary Brooks (Christopher Trey Hill) of Cord, Holly Roudis of Illinois and Jennifer Brooks of Illinois. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
