“I went to school with Spenc & He was a very free spirit with an outgoing & beautiful soul inside & out! No matter what the situation or if he even knew you,he would always say hi with a smile! He would help ANYONE that he could no matter what it took!Spencer was never greedy Or selfish person! He gave anything he could for anyone. He had a huge heart to go with his huge smile & personality! If any of his friends/family or anyone needed him he would be there no questions asked.”
