He was predeceased by: his wife Tammy Billings; his parents, Virginia Billings and Dale Billings; and his close friend Hal Davis. He is survived by: his daughter Cheyenne Billings; his son-in-law Cortley Rutledge; his sons, Phillip Billings and Brian Billings; his sisters, Merium Eades and Regina Nicola; his grandchildren, Haley Denny, Kole and Liam Denny; and his pet Olive. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM and from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Barker Funeral Home (857 Hwy 62 W, Salem, AR 72576). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at the Elizabeth Cemetery (4809-4879 Cedar Park Rd, Elizabeth, AR 72531).
