He is survived by: his daughter Cheyenne Billings; his son-in-law Cortley Rutledge; his sons, Phillip Billings and Brian Billings; his sisters, Merium Eades and Regina Nicola; his grandchildren, Haley Denny, Kole and Liam Denny; and his pet Olive. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
