He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Morgan and Lavinia Morgan; his sisters, Melinda Bartlett and Mary Selene Young; and his nephew Kenny Wayne Bartlett.

He is survived by: his close friend Linda Massey of Salem, Arkansas; his nephews, John Bartlett and Keven Bartlett; his niece Lavinia Ford of Kansas City, Missouri; and his brother-in-law Gary Young of Sturkie.
