He was predeceased by: his parents, Brady Lee Fulfer and Jesse Blanche Fulfer (Brown); his nephew William Elderton, III; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Graddy and Chuck Wood.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel Jean Martin; his son Terry Fulfer (Stacy) of Salem, Arkansas; his granddaughters, Brittany Crowe (Richard) of Camp, Sarah Brotherton of Salem and Jessica Hughes of Melbourne, Arkansas; his great grandchildren, James, Harley, Hayden, Isabella, Sophie-Jean, Harper, Creed and Amelia; and his siblings, William Elderton, II (Becky) of Hot Springs, Tommy Fulfer (Bewah) of Bella Vista, Arkansas, Joyce Fulfer Wood (John Hoben) of Huntsville and Marilyn Sue Carr (Les) of Goshen. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
