He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth Franklin Allen and Dixie Faye Allen (Sutherland); his sons, Michael Allen Jr. of Rogers, Frank Allen (Stephanie) of Rogers and Blake Hancock of Forsythe, Missouri; his granddaughters, Savannah Allen and Olivia Allen of Rogers, Arkansas; his siblings, Greg W. Allen of Camp, Arkansas and Peggy Chamberlain of Salem, Arkansas; his nieces, Brandy Rega and Kristal Chamberlain; and his nephew Brian Goss.

Memorials may be given to the Camp Cemetery Association.
