She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Wheeler and Mildred Wheeler (Risner); her son-in-law David Polson; and her sister Kathleen Wainwright. She is survived by: her sister Ruby Leveritt of West Plains; her children, Faith Polson of Gardner, Joy Newman of Flagstaff, Grace Newman of Salem and Stephen Newman of Salem; and her grandsons, Noah Polson (Livia) of Overland Park, Jonah Polson (Kenna) of Overland Park and Moses Polson of Gardner, Kansas..
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Salem First Baptist Church (552 US-62, Salem, AR 72576). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at the Salem Cemetery (429-491 S Main St, Salem, AR 72576).
